The kona coffee is great. I like the darker and full body of this brand. I am a strong coffee drinker. My only problem with getting a monthly package is that I am the only coffee drinker in my home. If I want to try other coffees I gradually accumulate this one brand.

CP Kona Blend Extra Bold is a great value for what you get! This hawaiian blend is a great wake-me-up and the 50 ct box is a great value! I saved almost 10 cents a k-cup over retail prices buying through the subscription program on Amazon. If you like a coffee that is a little rough around the edges (its bold taste may not be for the cookies-n-cream, flavored coffee drinker) then this is the one for you. Enjoy!

Do not purchase this particular flavor of coffee pod. I thought my coffee maker was broken but actually the Small Village Blend of coffee came out very light requiring me to toss the entire box.

Customer Review: Great concept but poor design!
I ordered 2 wands... they work great but they did not last very long. The fragile glass straws are very long and extend past the cup edge about 4" and are awkward to drink from. The first one broke when my cup was sitting on the kitchen counter and my daughters sleeve got caught on the protruding straw and knocked it to the ground! The second one broke while doing dishes. I was a bit disappointed since they did work so my husband took the little filter off the bottom and went to the hardware store to look for a replacement straw. He came back with an aluminum tube version and a clear flexible acrylic tube version. My favorite is the clear tube and think that this should have been how they designed it in the first place. It is flexible, light weight and can be cut to any length!
Customer Review: Clever - but looks a little too much like a crack pipe
I ordered 2 of these - one for me and one for my father in law. I thought it might be handy for the office and/or camping or just on the road. The filter does work really well, and the straw pulls out so you can wash everything easily. You must keep the case it comes in for it to be portable as the straw is made of glass. Plus the case has a little compartment on one end to store coffee grounds or tea leaves on-the-go. Drinking coffee/tea through a straw is better for your teeth - and since I am whitening right now (and not supposed to be drinking coffee as it is) it's a must for me. Drinking a hot beverage isn't too bad through the straw unless it's searing hot. You get used to it. I use mine mostly for tea at the office. One of my workers pointed out that it looks a bit like a crack pipe - yes that was nice of him. Now, I don't have much experience with crack pipes myself but from what I've seen on Law and Order SVU or CSI or whatever it is, I'm probably going to agree with him. Ever since then I've been a little self conscious about using it at work - and then going to rinse it off in the kitchen. Oh what people must think! But if the thought of drinking through a crack pipe in public doesn't bother you and you'd like on-the-go convenience for your favorite coffee and tea - this is a great little product.

Customer Review: No excuse for this much trans fat
Big Train's mixes taste pretty good, but there's no excuse for the huge amounts of trans fat they contain. According to a nutritionist friend, even made with skim milk they are, nutritionally, heart attack city! (I'm surprised that they haven't changed their formulas simply so that they can be sold in the city of New York.) And I don't want Big Train to give me a big caboose. So, I'm holding off on buying more of this. I'll mix up my own smoothies until they make their product more healthy.

Taster's Choice Gourmet Roast isn't as dark and heavy duty as some ground French or Italian dark roasts, but it's my choice for instant, far surpassing others. For some reason I can't find it locally anymore in Seattle. It may be the $9 price tag. The only problem is that it's made by Nestle'.

I have been a coffee 'connoisseur' for years. I have gone to great trouble to find the best bean...grind it perfectly...and brew it to perfection with the perfect, spare no expense, coffee maker. All the while my mom used this INSTANT coffee (blasphemy!!) called "Taster's Choice", despite my constant ridicule. Well somewhere in a weak moment, or perhaps I was out of my Jamaican blend that day...anyway, I tried her dreaded INSTANT coffee. Well....long story short...my grinder & pot are in the garage now, and although I still have guests that politely pass on a cup of coffee when hearing that it will be INSTANT, THIS COFFEE IS PERFECT EVERY TIME, MATCHES THE TASTE, AROMA, & FLAVOR OF ANY EXPENSIVE BLEND & IT IS ABSOLUTELY TERIFFIC !!!! I bought this after reading many reviews and I am glad that I did, the quality of this Espresso is EXCELLENT, I am almost addicted to it now because it is so good, I constantly want to have another, I also bought the Starbucks Espresso Pods, which I would not recommend, they have a bland taste, but I would recommend the Illy pods to anyone, in fact, I am back for my second purchase.

This coffee, along with the vanilla biscotti flavored under the same lines, tastes amazing! I love the frangrance that it leaves behind in the house while brewing! The flavor is very robust--drinking it straight is a treat, but mixed with creme and/or sugar was really good too! I suggest getting this coffee at this price , it comes out to about 3.80 a bag with the promo right now...cant be beat!

Remember those lazy Saturday mornings when everybody slept in? About the only thing that would open our eyes (other than the smell of just brewed coffee, of course) was the mouth-watering aroma of buttery French toast and warm Vermont maple syrup.

Customer Review: Wish I just bought regular coffee.
It's probably my fault for being hungry at the time. I was really there to buy coffee. I mean, real robust stuff that would send me ricocheting like a tracer round. But...I'll admit that when I saw the words "Golden French Toast," I immediately conjured up a brisk morning, blessed with the freshly-grilled glory of hot french toast drowned in a viscous flood of rich maple syrup. Mmm mm. Salivary glands, activate. I should have known that french toast had nothing to do with coffee, except for maybe they're ordered together at the local diner. But the words just sounded so good. So enticing that within seconds I had a box in my arms, ready to ring up. I'll tell you though, after popping one of these K-Cups in my B60, disappointment drowned my dreams as much as the diluted, dull flavor that doused my mouth. Yes, my java-jousting friends, "Golden French Toast" is far from golden. Instead, it's like a day-old slab of soggy old toast with syrup, poured over with watery coffee, then mashed together and run through a strainer. What you drink may be slightly recognizable, but then after that unsavory swallow, you may wonder why you bothered trying a coffee that tries to taste like food. All I can say is, if you want Golden French Toast, then make some. Just not in a coffeemaker.

This is a good flavor of coffee that I have tasted that it is true to it's name, but a little light on the flavor as a mild coffee in the morning it is a good wake me up. I my self enjoy my Keurig B70 model, as it is most versatile machine I have ever seen not only you can use k-cup portion pack but you can use your coffee or tea, you can also use it as a hot water dispenser for oatmeal and hot cereal. I will certainly try other k-cup portion packs to find my favorite flavor/blend that I will enjoy in the future.

The quality is excellent. It worked well in my machine. My problem is with the taste. It is very light and sweet. My lattes tasted like sweetened milk. If you don't like much coffee taste, these are the way to go. I returned mine.

Some of these espresso pods were fresh and some were stale. Fresh pods smelled like Folgers. Stale pods smelled like stale Folgers. They make okay espresso. I will give Illy and other brands a try.
