Everything is at the large touch screen or just in front of you like the coffee strength dial at the coffee dispenser or the stream wand on the right front panel for your lattes.

This top of the line coffee machine can almost talk to you, if you have questions all you have to do is press the touch screen and it will tell you:

Digital Control Panel - If you press the words - explain icons - under the icons they are replaced with words, so it will read - small coffee - - medium coffee - large coffee and steam wand. Touch Screen

Exterior

Hot Water - In the steam menu press hot water instead of steam and the frothing wand will double as a hot water dispenser for a café Americano, tea or hot cocoa.

Gaggia Milk Island - All you need to do is turn the steam knob on

the side of the machine to the island setting and automatically froth and steam up to 13.5 oz of milk.

Removable Brewing Unit - This is of major importance to keep Removable Brew Group

your machine in great shape and should be done weekly. Remove and rinse/clean with running warm water, once dry put it back into the machine. According to Gaggia after 500 brewing cycles the brew group should be lubricated with the included oil and than inserted back into the machine.

Bypass Doser - If someone prefers a different blend than the Doser Bypass

one already in the hopper, select pre-ground coffee in the programming menu, measure a scoop of the preferred ground coffee and simply open the bypass doser (a circular shoot in the bean hopper), pour the coffee into it and brew as usual.

I've owned a Gaggia Titanium for 3 years and decided it was time to upgrade. I wanted something that would be a step up and still brew as good of coffee as I could get in the Titanium. When I saw the new Vision I knew that was the one. I just received this machine on Saturday and love it. The touch screen is great and the machine is just beautiful.
