Franke Spectra X Review

spectra-x-coffee-machine The Spectra X is a high output, compact coffee maker. This coffee machine is only 30 cm wide but capable of a high performance volume output you would expect from much larger units.

This machine is ideal for serving fresh coffee on a regular basis. It is available in three colors: anthracite, silver and champagne.

Other features, such as the ground coffee dispensing unit and numerous optional upgrades, ensure top-notch customer reviews.

Fresh Coffee
This coffee machine has glass hoppers that keep the coffee beans or grinds fresh without altering the taste in any way. From the hopper, the coffee is put through a virtually pressure free brewing cycle that results in dry grounds and flavorful coffee.

This coffeemaker comes standard with a whole bean or ground hopper. Businesses that offer more than one flavor variety of coffee will find the optional second hopper a welcome addition to this machine.

Brewing Speed
The Spectra X line of Franke coffee machines can brew up to 300 cups of hot coffee per hour or up to 150 glasses of hot water per hour. This enables to machine to keep up with coffee demand during peak hours at most restaurants.

Optional Accessories
Franke offers glass and cup storage units, cup warmers and cold storage units for milk, cream and half-and-half. These all allow businesses who purchase the Spectra X to have a uniform coffee station. The control unit of this coffeemaker is customizable. Red, orange, blue or yellow lights highlight one of three control unit styles.

Multi coin and bill acceptors, prepaid card processing units and locking bean hoppers make this unit a good choice for vending areas.

CoffeeSnoop collects and analyses reviews from international magazines, our website and other websites.

We have seen FRANKE coffee machines at work in the new McCafé in Switzerland and Germany and not only their cappucinos are a superior delicious tasting brew, but the machines in comparision to other brands "home units" are like a Rolls Royce vs a common VW Beetle. Swiss made must mean something.
