The carambola
or starfruit is used in this recipe. It has been
grown in parts of Asia for
hundreds of years – some
claim that it originated in
Sri Lanka and Moluccas.

production by volume, and
ships the product all over
Asia and Europe.
Instructions for
Espresso Amarillo Coffee Recipe:
- Make coffee and allow to cool.

Put the four fresh egg yolks together with the sugar and milk in the Drink Master and blend until frothy.

Add the cold coffee and mix briefly.

Put one scoop of vanilla ice cream in each dessert dishes and pour the egg yolk mix over them.
