Instructions for Coffee Velutto Recipe:

• Cut open vanilla pod lengthwise Scrape out the vanilla pulp into a coffee cup and add the double espresso.
•  Place the double espresso with the vanilla pulp, 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, 2 teaspoons grated chocolate and the small cup of crushed ice in the mixer and mix well.

• Ingredients for 2 persons
• 1 double espresso (60 ml)
  1 vanilla pod
  2 teaspoons grated chocolate
  2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  1 small cup crushed ice (80 ml)

Serving suggestion

• Serve immediately.
