Cappuccino Grappa
Not to be confused with 'Grampa',
even though this powerful
brew is pretty old fashion.
Instructions for
Cappuccino Grappa Recipe:
- Fill grappa into two
high glasses. Stir sugar
into double espresso until
it has dissolved completely.
Pour two thirds of the
espresso onto the grappa.
Make hot milk with the
Cappuccinatore and mix with
remaining espresso.
Carefully let the milk &
espresso mixture run into
the glasses over a long
spoon or pour it in very
slowly. This prevents the
layers from blending.
Froth the remaining milk
with the Cappuccinatore and
carefully top espresso with
it. Dust with cocoa powder.

- 2 cl grappa
200 ml hot espresso
2 – 4 teaspoons sugar
200 ml milk
Cocoa powder for dusting
